Also known as China Clay, is the gentlest of the various facial clays available making it perfect for sensitive skin types. Its gentle absorptive properties do not over-dry or pucker the skin during use yet it’s still quite effective for pulling impurities to the surface and gently stimulating circulation to the area of application. You can also use kaolin clay to gently exfoliate your skin as you rinse it off with warm water. It can be used for dry, sensitive, acne prone skin or inflamed skin.
To make a mask add 1Tbsp of clay to warm water to form a smooth paste. Essential oils can also be added. Apply to face and leave 15-20mins before rinsing off with warm water.
