St John's Wort may be used to support the nervous system for mild/moderate depression, excitability, anxiety & depression associated with menopause. It may help with neuralgia including shingles & sciatica. Its anti viral actions may help with conditions such as Glandular Fever.
Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 - 10 minutes, depending on taste.
50gm or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
