Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 - 10 minutes.
If making a decoction, it is nice to add a slice of lemon and a piece of fresh root ginger to the pot while the herb is simmering. Simmer for 20 minutes, strain and enjoy. Any excess can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
