50gm (Organic or Raglan-grown) or 100g (Organic or Raglan-grown) of herb in resealable paper bag.
Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 - 10 minutes. Nettle can be made into an overnight infusion: place 1/4 - 1/2 cup of herb into a 1 litre jar, cover with boiling water, put the lid on & leave to infuse overnight. Next morning strain, store any left over in the fridge & drink over 2 days.
