Relaxation and Digestion

Lemongrass is a pleasant tasting and relaxing tea which can be drunk after meals to help aid digestion. Due to its diuretic properties it can help with water retention and detoxification, and is reputed to be able to lower cholesterol and reduce fat deposits around the abdomen. Lemongrass can be enjoyed hot or cold and contains several vitamins and minerals including B vitamins, manganese, calcium and magnesium.

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 -10 minutes, depending on taste.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
