Relaxation and Digestion

A pleasant tasting and relaxing tea. It can be drunk to help with digestion and soothe the nerves. It could be used to help bring about a sense of calmness and help with stress induced headaches. Lemon balm may also be used to help ease nausea and indigestion due to nervous tension.  This tea may help relax over-active children.

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 - 10 minutes, depending on taste.

Add an infusion to bath water to aid relaxation.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag. 

Organic Lemon Balm.
