Hair, Skin and Nails

Horsetail is mineral rich and has been traditionally used to strengthen hair, skin & nails. It has been used for its action as a diuretic in the urinary tract. It could be used to improve bladder tone & reduce prostate enlargement. May be used for cystitis, incontinence and bed wetting in children. 

Instructions

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 -10 minutes.

Size

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.

Great herbal teas

Ordered the horsetail and nettle and hibuscus with Ashwagandha and ginger. Made my own concoction. Absolutely love it. It's tasty and beneficial. The shipping was perfect and the packaging was superb. Highly recommend. Will purchase again.

Nice tea

I find Horsetail tea great for hair and nails and am also taking it for prostate reduction. As with most natural herbal things it takes time.
At the moment the prostate is not getting any more large. If it is only this that happens I will be very happy.
