Insomnia and Stress

Hops are a good source of B vitamins and may help to ease stress, anxiety and insomnia. Hops have traditionally been used to help women with painful periods and other issues associated with the menstrual cycle.

Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
