Hibiscus flowers make a beautiful deep red tea with a lovely sweet, fruity flavour. It is a nutritious and tart tasting tea containing vitamin C & minerals. The vitamin C content may help ease symptoms of the common cold. Hibiscus may also benefit the cardiovascular system by helping to maintain healthy blood pressure. Can be drunk hot or cold.

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3-10 minutes, depending on taste. Can also be enjoyed cold.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
