Hawthorn berries and leaves are a time-honoured herbal remedy used to nourish and strengthen the cardiovascular system. Traditionally known as a heart tonic, hawthorn may support circulation, improve blood flow, and help reduce mild high blood pressure. The berries are crushed and may be less visible than the whole berries in this blend. 

Instructions

Use 1 tsp of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3-10 minutes, depending on taste. 

Size

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
