Organic Ginger Root Herbal Tea for Digestion and Circulation

$12.90

Ginger makes a soothing and warming herbal tea that is especially helpful for the digestive and circulatory systems.

Traditionally used to support:

  • Digestive discomfort, including upset tummies, colic, wind, bloating, nausea, cramping and morning sickness

  • Poor circulation, helping to warm the body and improve blood flow

  • Inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis, period pain and muscle aches

  • Enhancing the effectiveness of other herbs in blends, known as its ‘helper herb’ action

Ginger’s spicy warmth makes it a wonderful solo brew, or an ideal base to blend with other teas for increased potency and flavour.

Ginger Root Tea

I’d never tried this herbal tea before. It’s very nice - if you like ginger. I found half a teaspoon was enough, & I added a little honey. (I haven’t tried blending it with other teas yet.)
