Traditionally, echinacea root tea was known for its ability to balance the response of the immune system.  Clinical studies show that Echinacea can improve the white blood cell count and supports other immune responses.  Echinacea can also be combined with other traditionally used herbs for influenza and colds, such as elderflower and lime blossom. Echinacea is suitable for the whole family and can be used during an infection or drunk daily to build up resistance.

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3-10 minutes.
