Relaxing and Sleep

A sedative & hypnotic blend, this tea may help to settle the mind & body, encouraging relaxation & a deep sleep. Consumed during the day, it may be useful for feelings of anxiety, restlessness & to balance cortisol levels.  By supporting balanced cortisol levels, it can help to prevent waking in the night. Consumed in the hours before bed, it can encourage a peaceful, deep sleep.

To make a herbal infusion, use 1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup. Place the herbal tea blend in an infuser, teapot or strainer and infuse for 5-20 minutes, depending on taste. The longer you leave the tea to infuse the more medicinal it will be. Make sure to cover your cup while infusing to keep the goodness in. Can be sweetened with honey or raw sugar. Drink as required for relaxation, or 1-3 cups per day
