As a dietary supplement, take four to six capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, (either half an hour before food or two hours after food).
Do not take Type 1 & 3 collagen at the same time as Type 2 collagen. They have different amino acid profiles, and if taken together, the proteins bind and form a complete protein, which means the body doesn’t recognise it as collagen anymore.

As a mechanic working on concrete everyday my knees give me a lot of pain. I started taking these and it has been amazing most of not all of the pain has gone and they feel much better, great stuff
I use this supplement alongside the gel capsules. I have osteoarthritis and find that this product (along with the gels) helps me manage this problem.
