Each 1gm contains 20mg of dl-alpha tocopheryl aceetate (vitamin E), 20mg, sweet almond oil,  cetearyl and cetearyl glucoside, glycerl sterate, coconut oil, vitamin E, gluconolactone, sodium bensoate, calcium gluconate.
