Epsom salt baths encourage the elimination of toxins through the skin, and are recommended one to two times per week. These bath salts are packed with calming, soothing, and gently detoxifying ingredients, lovingly chosen to make the stresses of the day melt away.

Epsom salt, French green clay, with essential oils of juniper berry, cypress, grapefruit, and lavender. 

To prepare your Epsom salts bath, pour a large handful into a bath with hot (but not too hot) water. Once the salts are fully dissolved, get into the bath and soak for 15-20 minutes, topping up with hot water as needed. When you are finished bathing, pat yourself dry with a clean towel. Ensure you drink adequate fluids such as water or herbal tea both during and after.
