How to use: For aromatherapy, add 3 to 6 drops to a diffuser. For topical use, dilute to 1 to 2% in a suitable carrier oil, approximately 3 to 6 drops per 15ml carrier oil.
Safety: Never apply undiluted to the skin. Standard bergamot essential oil can increase photosensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight and UV exposure on treated skin for at least 12 hours after application. Patch test before topical use.
