Lotus Foods Celtic Sea Salt is available in Fine or Course grain, and is hand harvested from the coastal area of Gurande, Brittany, in France. This salt is “moist” and unrefined, and hand harvested in late summer by salt farmers. Celtic sea salt differs from regular sea salt and table salt in that it is naturally sun dried and retains the oceans moisture which contains the beneficial trace minerals and nutrients of the ocean with high amounts of potassium and magnesium.
