I have just started using the Wild Yam Cream, so I a looking forward to it reducing hot flushes and the night sweats. The cream is very easily applied and absorbs very well. I am very hopeful at this point. Also its really important to me to support New Zealand companies. When I have long-term results am happy to re- review.

I do like the price for size I think it is one of the cheapest I found, and I love that it's in NZ
I’ve been using this to help reduce my menstrual symptoms, and have found it works amazingly. The cream lasts a long time and has helped reduce a lot of cramping and pain from about a 9/10 to a 2/10 which has been absolutely amazing!
Writing again to say I’ve been on this cream now for quite a few months and the hot flushes have dramatically reduced.
