A gentle, relaxing tea, safe to aid sleep in both children & adults. May be consumed throughout the day for digestive discomfort, headaches & feelings of stress & worry.
Some people say "they don't like chamomile tea" however, unfortunately this is often due to the poor quality of chamomile tea they have tried. Our chamomile tea is excellent quality and really does taste nice!
Chamomile tea is the mother and baby tea. It is relaxing and sedating, encourages sleep, is good for upset tummies and teething. Chamomile tea may be given to babies in 1 teaspoon doses to help settle them and a whole cup maybe taken by mum to relax her!
Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 2- 5 minutes.
A cloth soaked in Chamomile tea or Chamomile tea frozen into ice cubes can be given to teething babies to suck on. Chamomile may be used during pregnancy and is safe with children of all ages.
50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
Organic chamomile flowers.
