ORGANIC RESPIRATORY RELIEF HERBAL TEA BLEND

Organic and wild crafted, this tea is specially blended to support the respiratory system. It can be used to relieve symptoms of colds and influenza, such as mucous congestion, sore throats and coughing. It can also be used to help ease coughing and expel mucuous from the chest after the initial infection has subsided 

To make a herbal infusion, use 1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup. Place the herbal tea blend in an infuser, teapot or strainer and infuse for 5-20 minutes, depending on taste. The longer you leave the tea to infuse the more medicinal it will be. Make sure to cover your cup while infusing to keep the goodness in. Can be sweetened with honey.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag. 

Mullein, Plantain, Sage, Thyme, Elecampane, Aniseed and Hibiscus.
