Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired.
I've taken this tea now for a little over month. I have taken 2 cups a day following the dosage recommendations on the package. i have noted that my nights sweats have decreased in intensity. 1 cup a day was not sufficient to get this.
