Hawthorn Berry & Leaf Herbal Tea (Crataegus monogyna)

Hawthorn is traditionally used as a heart tonic which has been shown to decrease blood pressure, increase blood flow and decrease heart palpitations.  Hawthorn is high in vitamin C, carotene and some B vitamins.  Also minerals calcium, magnesium, zinc, sodium, sulphur, copper and manganese.

Please note: Hawthorn should not be used with heart and blood pressure medication unless supervised by a qualified herbal practitioner.

Infuse the tea bag for at least 5 minutes in freshly boiled water.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.
