Capsicums are also known as peppers or sweet peppers. Green capsicums tend to be sweet with a mild spicy flavour and are a good source in vitamin C. Capsicums can be eaten raw or cooked. Use raw in salads, or cut into strips and eaten with dips. Dice capsicums to add to pizzas; cut into chunks for kebabs; use in pasta sauces or in stir fries; roast capsicums to add to salads or sandwiches; or stuff them with a delicious filling.
