The queen liver tonic & protector. Milk Thistle helps the liver to regenerate faster than normal. May be used in cases of hepatitis, liver damage, gallbladder problems, skin conditions, detoxification & may also help with chemical sensitivity. Useful before & after consuming alcohol to help prevent hangovers.

Please note, consistency of powder/seed may vary due to availability. 

Instructions

Use 1 teaspoon of herb per cup of boiling water. Place in a infuser, teapot or strainer & infuse for 3 - 10 minutes, depending on taste.

50g or 100g of herb in resealable paper bag.

Great benefits

I decided to try this tea as part of my daily vitamins and due to feeling fatigued, my skin has definitely improved as a bonus and I am starting to feel more alert in the mornings. Tastes good with some honey and when stewed for a long period. Recommended!
